Fee Schedule

Vertical Piano Tuning - $125

     -No pitch raise


Grand Piano Tuning - $155

     -No pitch raise


Minor Pitch Raise - $25

    - 1/4 step or less adjustment


Medium Pitch Raise - $50

     -More than ¼ step, up to ½ step adjustment


Major Pitch Raise - $75

     -More than ½ step adjustment, may require a second tuning in a few months


Travel Expense - Varies by location - however I do tend to schedule several pianos in the same area so as not to have to add travel expenses.


Hourly Rate for Repairs - $85 (examples include stuck keys, broken components that require disassembly of piano and/or action, etc)


Needle Voicing/Tone Restoration – $125


Full Written Appraisal with Photos - $85


Grand Piano 1 Hour Cleaning - $100 

     Items Covered:

  • Clean Pinblock
  • Clean Soundboard/Underneath Strings
  • Dust/Vacuum as Needed
  • External Finish Cleaned/Dusted


    Items  Not Covered:

  • Action Removal
  • Deep Cleaning of Cabinet
  • String Treatment/Rust Removal


     For deep cleaning services, I refer to a partnering piano cleaning company that I’ve used for years.
